On Saturday, Ron Mathis held a small birthday party for Jay, whose birthday is the 15th of December. It was much like any of the Saturdays that Fred and I spend with Ron and Jay- we play some pool, Jay fixes dinner or we take them out somewhere and then we play some poker. On this night, for Jay's birthday, Fred and I took them to one of their favorite Chinese restaurants. I only took a few pictures this evening. At left, you can see Ron bringing in Jay's birthday cake. Ron and Jay had also tried their hand at creating a gingerbread house for a Christmas decoration, and you can view the results here and here.
