As the pandemic has waned, and we and all our friends have gotten vaccinated and boostered, we are gingerly venturing out again. For some time, Fred has been planning a trip out to Santa Fe with our friend Guy from San Antonio, and the time for that trip has arrived.

Sadly, Guy cancelled at the last minute. While we were content to go ourselves, it is always more fun to revisit places when someone is along who hasn't been there before. As it turned out, the visit was "saved" because Greg's friend Joseph had just accepted a job in Colorado at an "equine therapy" ranch; he would be putting his skills as a farrier to good use.

So arrangements were modified. Fred and I would occupy the Airbnb accommodations that he had booked for Guy, himself, and I, while Greg and Joseph would drive in Joseph's car to Santa Fe and stay nearby. At the end of our four days in Santa Fe, Joseph would take his car and drive on up to Colorado while Greg would ride back to Dallas with us.

We did quite a bit in Santa Fe and the surrounding area, and we took so many pictures that putting them all on a single album page would make that page unwieldly.
